The 75,000 square-foot UnityPoint Clinic will be located on the southeast corner of Grand Prairie Parkway in Waukee. This new multi-specialty clinic will help meet the healthcare needs of the growing area, providing both internal and family medicine in addition to multiple specialty services. AWS is looking forward to being the curtain wall and façade partner for this new clinic.
