The new University of Iowa Health Sciences Academic Building will house academic, administrative, clinical and research space. This 263,000 square-foot facility will include a mechanical penthouse, with shared open green space and will be located near Gerdin Hall and Slater Residence Hall. AWS is looking forward to partnering on this project, providing the unitized curtain wall and manufactured stone for this exciting new Health Sciences facility.
