The remodeled University of Iowa Foundation Advancement Services Building was formerly used as a recital hall, but now houses supplementary office space for University of Iowa development officers. Renovations of the 14,500 sq. ft. structure included a complete remodel of the exterior façade as well as many interior components.

​Given the number of different materials on the project, unique orientation of the building, and aggressive schedule, this was a challenging build – but nothing our field crew couldn’t handle. Continuous communication and coordination was essential for a successful project completion for AWS, Conlon Construction and the University of Iowa.
