The Class-A office building will set a new standard for quality in the market and launch the master plan of The Row, while serving as Olsson’s Omaha office. The 116,000 sq. ft. multitenant office building represents the next generation of Class-A office development with a high-performance, efficient design and a best-in-market location. Olsson‘s new office is positioned at the heart of The Row — overlooking Heartwood Park and surrounded by the walkable pedestrian-oriented streetscape and energy of the vibrant, national-caliber mixed-use neighborhood.

​AWS is contracted to provide the glass curtainwall system. The AWS C19 unitized curtainwall system wraps the three office levels. Incorporating extruded vertical fin and boxy brow parapet and soffit aesthetics, AWS’ commodity system development allows project specific customization. At 32,000 sq. ft. and 430 units, any project size can utilize the versatility and speed of unitized construction. The units are manufactured at AWS’ facility in Gretna, Nebraska.
