Mutual of Omaha’s corporate headquarters tower set to transform downtown Omaha in 2026. Designed to be a state-of-the-art hub to bring people together while promoting teamwork and collaboration for the current and future Mutual of Omaha workforce.  The tower approaching 680’ will be the tallest building structure in Nebraska. The new complex will include a parking garage, skyline outdoor terraces, food and fitness centers and the most impressive conference room spaces Omaha has to offer.

​AWS was awarded the vertical enclosure including the tower and garage unitized curtainwall, garage screening and lobby. The unitized curtainwall consists of 420,000 SF of glass, 5,600 units including integral LED lighting full-height at the building corners. The 60,000 SF custom garage screening includes perforated profiled aluminum panels, extruded profile slab edge covers, “wave” louver screen and stair tower insulated metal panels.  The 15,000 SF lobby system includes architectural exposed structural steel (AESS) mullions, oversized clipped glass, all glass vestibule portals with elegant glass doors and aluminum plate canopy brow.  The tower and garage units are manufactured at AWS’ facility in Gretna, Nebraska.
