Located on the campus of the University of Iowa, the Elizabeth Catlett Residence Hall was built on the site of the old Iowa City Water Plant on Madison Street. The residence hall is 12 stories tall and can house 1,023 students.

AWS supplied and installed the unitized curtain wall and operable punched windows for the project, allowing students floor-to-ceiling views of the adjacent Iowa River. ​
