The remodeled University of Iowa Foundation Advancement Services Building was formerly used as a recital hall, but now houses supplementary office space for University of Iowa development officers. Renovations of the 14,500 sq. ft. structure included a complete remodel of the exterior façade as well as many interior components.
Given the number of different materials on the project, unique orientation of the building, and aggressive schedule, this was a challenging build – but nothing our field crew couldn’t handle. Continuous communication and coordination was essential for a successful project completion for AWS, Conlon Construction and the University of Iowa. |
