​Aiming to revitalize and invigorate the area, the River’s Edge Office Development by Noddle Companies sits along the east side of the Missouri River in Council Bluffs. A mixed-use office building kicked off the project, providing 100,000 sq. ft. of leasable office space. The building provides sweeping views of the river through a glass envelope comprised of unitized curtain wall with etched glass. Metal panels and glass handrails accent the design. AWS is proud to have assembled and installed the exterior envelope systems.
