​Residing on Des Moines’ revitalized riverfront, the Principal Riverwalk Pavilion provides leasable café space (with scenic river views!), public restrooms, and service spaces. The neighboring pump house encloses flood control measures in an aesthetically pleasing way, incorporating a custom piece of public art by Jun Kaneko. AWS had the honor of installing the one-of-a-kind artwork and the exterior systems for the pavilion.
