The John Deere Credit facility located in Johnston, IA, is split into two pods connected by a three-story atrium. A precast plane wall connects the two pods. The brick, precast and glass structure incorporates 5-foot deep sunscreens and 3-foot deep interior light-shelves completely eliminating the need for blinds, thereby enhancing the energy efficiency of the building.​
