CURRENT OPENINGS:

PROJECT MANAGER: Four year college degree in Construction Engineering or similar construction education program. Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Programs and scheduling software programs.

Responsibilities include:

Manage glazing projects from kick-off through close-out

Strong ability to read architectural blueprints schedule driven

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential

Handle submittals, scheduling, and purchasing

All phases of project management

Visiting sites regularly

Monitor quality control and installed materials

Track installation schedule with field crews

Monitor all field labor to meet estimated hours

Monitor all expenses and purchases for entire project

ESTIMATOR: Four year college degree in Construction Engineering or similar construction program. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, SureTrak and Primavera.

Responsibilities include:

Ability to fully comprehend construction documents including reading blueprints and comprehending specification requirements

Preparation of estimates will require vendor communication and relationship development

Accurate quantitative take-offs including material, equipment and shop/labor

Creation of spreadsheets and formal sales quotations

Assistance in substitution requests
