Kansas City Sprint Arena Opens
The Kansas City Sprint Arena
celebrated its grand opening Wednesday, October 10th with a
Ceremonial Ribbon Cutting. The ceremony included music from the
Kansas City Symphony and was followed by an Open House where the
general public could tour and view the facility. The Grand
Opening festivities continued on Friday with the American Royal
Cattle Drive and a performance by Jessica Andrews and were concluded on Saturday evening with a sold out
Elton John concert. Many other events and performances have
already been scheduled for the Sprint Center, for more
