This 20-story high-rise is one of the country's largest open-joint, drained pressure equalized and back ventilated rain screen projects. It features metal panels and high-performance windows with an R-8 rating. The efficiency of the envelope allowed for a considerable downsizing of the HVAC system. AWS' contract included the entire building envelope.
